Themes and the contrast floor

It will cover ikigai-ui’s one token set: the custom properties every page and component uses, in four palettes (light, dark, high contrast and auto, which follows the system and selects high contrast when the system asks for more contrast), the chooser that works with no script, and the contrast floor that a test holds every pair of colors to. The inspector already uses it: its own stylesheet names no color, and its tests say so.
