GPUI: native

This chapter is not written yet.

It will deliver the inspector as a native window, with GPUI rendering the same model the HTML target renders: a new thin crate beside inspector-htmx, not a change to inspector.

It waits on the research into rendering an ikigai view model natively, and on the inspector’s model having a face a native renderer can read without parsing HTML.
